Just got in 36 new Luminate Surfboards. Sizes ragne form 6’10-9’6. All of them are epoxy fiberglass – tough and fun boards to rip around on in small summertime surf. The 6’10′s are $449, with fins, leash, wax.
Come check them out in Marshfield 7 days/week. Hull is openin’ up in May.
SKATEPARK CLEANUP THIS SATURDAY
Luminate is organizing a skatepark cleanup this Saturday at 11 a.m. as part of the Keep Marshfield Clean effort. Trash bags and gloves will be available – please come by and pitch in.

New Teeshirt Design by Reid Gosmire/Broad Street Tattoo
Reid Gosmire dropped off this very original painting to us as a gift over the summer. Reid is a local surfer and artist who works at Broad Street Tattoo in Bridgewater. He is a great guy who helps make the surfing scene around here that much more fun and interesting. We thought his design was so cool that we asked if we could make a teeshirt out of it, and hear it is: Longsleeve and shortsleeve tee’s in mens and boys.

Naming a beast of a storm a cute name like Nemo makes us feel a little uncomfortable, but I guess we’re calling it Nemo. Nemo pulled out to sea on Saturday leaving light NW wings in its path, catastrophic destruction, and excellent surf along Hull, Marshfield, & Scituate coastlines. After shoveling out and making sure the wood stoves were cranking, Steve Hassett, Dan Hassett, Chad Bruce, Oliver Berry, and Jimmy Barret surfed Burke’s Beach in Marshfield on Sunday morning.
